Liberate Portfolio Solutions is able to evaluate distressed assets, finished and unfinished developments, and identify and implement value enhancement strategies for such projects.  This may entail repositioning of the development if needed, project development and construction management for completion of the project, and marketing of the units and assets etc.  Assessing the current and future viability of unfinished developments is often conducted on a case-by-case basis, with full economic insight, on reasonable assumptions including but not limited to projected cash flows.  All assessments are critically dependent on the expected commercial viability of the development.  All cost:benefit analyses and projections prepared for each site need to demonstrate clearly that additional financing will increase or preserve value, and minimise any potential loss in value.
